This means that we can confidently offer NATIONWIDE DELIVERY at affordable prices and you won’t die waiting!
*All but just a few products (which we staunchly vouch for) offered by us at Roof Crowd are proudly NZ made – made for our tough and unique conditions and backed up by comprehensive manufacturers warranties. We urge you to be wary of imported and or non certified products – they may look cheaper in the short term but may turn out to be a costly decision.

COLLECTION / PICK UP
Due to the oversized nature of many of our roofing materials, it is often easiest to have our reliable freight partners deliver your materials direct to site so we’ve worked hard to ensure affordable flat-rate shipping fees. However special arrangements may be made if it better suits your needs. Please give me a call or drop me a line detailing your delivery/collection needs and we’ll see if we can make it work. It is worth bearing in mind the size of your vehicle and or towing capability/capacity, the size of your consignment and in addition your location or proximity to our manufacturers…..
We only use the best quality products and therefore only supply the products that we use and know ourselves – rightly so!
DELIVERY DETAILS AND ORDER TRACKING
/ When you place your order we ask for your best contact number alongside the site delivery address
/ Once your order is placed we hand it over to the supplier within 1 business day
/ You will receive an email with a proposed delivery date
/ Average shipping is 4-6 business days, 1-3 business days for roofing accessories.
/ Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email with a proposed delivery date
/ On the day of your proposed delivery date you will likely get a call from our freight partner giving you an E.T.A. This call will be made to the number you provided as the best contact
/ Our freight partners will make best attempt to contact you on the day of your delivery

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Delivery of the Goods will be made to the premises/address provided in the order, unless the Customer has instructed otherwise in the relevant order. If the Customer fails to take delivery, the Goods are deemed to have been delivered when the Company was willing to deliver them and the Customer shall pay the Company an amount equal to any extra cost the Company incurs for either transport or storage or both.
Estimated delivery dates and times are estimates only and while we will make best attempt to deliver your order at the estimated time, the Company accepts no responsibility for delay in delivery howsoever caused.
Delivery is deemed to occur when possession of the Goods is taken by the Customer.
In some cases your order may be delivered in installments, each installment is deemed to be a separate contract on the same terms as the contract. If the company fails to deliver, or makes defective delivery of, one or more installments, you will not be entitled to cancel the Contract.
Delivery of up to 10% more or less of the quantity of goods ordered by the Customer constitutes performance of the Contract by the Company. The amount under or over supplied shall be deducted or charged for pro rata and the Price shall be adjusted accordingly.
If you require delivery to be made outside of the Company’s normal working hours, you will likely need to pay the Company an amount equal to any extra cost the Company incurs in connection with this request.
Roof Crowd and or any of its suppliers will not be liable for failure to deliver the Goods or provide the Services by a specified date (including any dates set out in any order); a) any event beyond our control, b) failure of the goods however so arising; c) testing the goods, d) deterioration of the Goods due to exposure to the elements after delivery.
Despite anything else, any liability of Roof Crowd arising under the Contract will not exceed the value of the Goods or Services in relation to which the liability has arisen.
Roof Crowd and its suppliers will not be liable for any loss, cost or expense incurred by the customer arising in connection with the Goods or Services not being suitable for the purpose intended by the Customer, regardless of whether or not the Customer made the Company aware of that purpose. In selecting the Goods & Services, the Customer relies entirely on its own skill and judgement.
