Following your order confirmation we will email you with the anticipated and or proposed delivery timeframe. On the day of the proposed delivery you will typically get a phone call from our freight partner giving you an ETA of arrival, providing you supplied a best contact number when you placed your order. If the proposed delivery timeframe does not suit you - please give me a call or email me and we can make alternative arrangements.

Most of our products are proudly manufactured here in NZ up and down the country - there may be some instances where it is possible to arrange for pick up, but in the most part it will be easiest for you to have it delivered directly to your site. Contact us to discuss your preferred options and we'll see what we can work out, but rest assured here at Roof Crowd we offer great set-price delivery fees with excellent freight partners the length and breadth of Aotearoa.
As per our terms of trade confirmed with your order there are no returns on roofing profiles & or any made to measure items offered in our range. However if you are quick it may be possible to cancel your order... Cancellations can typically be made up to 3 days from the day of order, but this is not guaranteed. This is due in the most part to products being made to measure. Have a problem? Call us and we'll see what if anything can be done.

Many of our products are made to measure, you'll need to call me ASAP to see if we can have it changed, but please note that as per our terms there are no returns on roofing profiles & or any made to measure items offered in our range. Generally speaking if it is within 3 days of your order being placed you may be in luck, however if manufacturing of your order has already commenced it is unlikely that it can be changed. We should be able to help you out with changes to non-custom products so please get in touch.
Sure thing - give me a call and we can see if we can coordinate it to be delivered with your initial order. Depending what you are needing to add we could look to hold your order until your additional items are ready and ship it all together, or ship it in two parts. Additional freight costs may be incurred.

However we also know that sometimes you might want something a little bit different - to stand out of the crowd and to suit your taste or styling… In this case we are happy to help you find what you are after. Please contact Mark to discuss your project and he will happily assist you in making a Customer Order so you can get just what you are looking for.
We can offer both Matte and Standard Colour Range from Colour steel.
With our TRS Interlocking Wall Cladding we can offer Copper, Stainless Steel, Titanium Zinc, Aluminium, or colours from the Vitor+, Vitor+ZX or LUX range.
