We understand that your privacy is important to you and as a visitor to our site you may like to know about how we respect and protect your privacy, alongside what information we may gain from you online. We want to assure you that we take your privacy seriously and are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1993 (New Zealand). We only gather information that is necessary for us to be able to provide the services you request of us.
We collect personal information from you, including information about your: Name, Contact Information, Interactions with us, Billing or purchase information.
We collect your personal information in order to: process and fulfill orders and or services that you request through our business.
Besides our staff, we share this information with: our manufacturers and freight partners in order to fulfill orders or requests for service.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a best contact number and or email address, we’ll be unable to answer your requests, send confirmation of any orders and or have deliveries made.
If you complete an online form on our website, the information that you enter on that form will only be collected if you actually submit the form. If you change your mind and do not submit the information, any information you have entered up to that point will not be collected by our system and will be discarded (note that if your browser has an “auto complete” function, it might automatically fill in the form again the next time you visit that page).
We keep your information safe by storing it in our database server and only allow our small team access to it.
We keep your information for 5 years at which point we securely destroy inactive accounts by deleating all personal information related to you, that we are not required to hold by law.
